Take the Verrazano Bridge (lower if possible). Take Exit for Lily Pond Avenue South.  Stay on Lily Pond Avenue; it turns into Fr. Capodanno Blvd.  Stay on Fr. Capodanno until it comes to an end and U-turns going north.  As soon as you complete the U-turn, you will see the big red signs on the right to line up starting at Lincoln Avenue
